CORE OPERATING SYSTEM

Evidence-backed AI matching across the Dixe business portals

Every approved opportunity can enter one controlled workflow: verify the source, qualify eligible companies, locate named business contacts, rank the strongest matches, and prepare review-ready outreach.

A match score measures documented suitability. It is not a promise or statistical probability that a company will win an award.

THE CONTROLLED WORKFLOW

From authorized opportunity to verified contact

01

Authorize the source

Accept only public information or data covered by approved access, licence and reuse terms. Record the original URL, owner, capture time and permitted use.

02

Build the candidate pool

Search approved registries, tender systems, company sites, certification directories and licensed business-data services. Social platforms are supporting evidence only where their terms permit it.

03

Verify and score

Confirm legal entity, sanctions status, mandatory tender requirements, geography, experience, certifications, capacity and commercial fit. Unsupported scores receive no credit.

04

Review outreach

Select up to three companies scoring at least 90, attach evidence, and draft emails for verified named contacts. Sending remains controlled and auditable.

PORTAL-SPECIFIC LOGIC

One engine, different qualification rules

Dixe Tenders

Tender eligibility

Weights mandatory requirements most heavily, then prior contract experience, certifications, delivery capacity, geography and commercial fit.

Dixe Edible Oils

Product and compliance fit

Prioritizes verified specifications, RSPO or other required certifications, available volume, geography, logistics and commercial suitability.

Dixe Industrial

Technical supply fit

Prioritizes technical requirements, relevant project experience, production capacity, required certifications, geography and commercial fit.

DTA safeguarding lane: Tutor-to-student assignment remains separate from procurement scoring. It must use verified identity, qualifications, background/safeguarding checks, subject, language, availability and consent.
